Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. lovely clean rooms with ensuite shower/bath , tea/coffee making facilities, flat screen tv with freeview etc . We had a very nice stay there & the hotel is situated very near the town centre with nice views of the river Taw. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have stayed at the Imperial at least once a year for at least the last 12 years and have never had cause for complaint. This visit was different however as the room we were given was incredibly hot and the windows were either open fully or not at all, the fan was so noisy that didn't help the situation.... More

Beautiful hotel. Concierge came out to greet us and offered to carry our luggage. Very on the ball staff. Room was well appointed, though there was no drinking water in the room which surprised me. The restaurant was lovely and the service was impeccable and the food delicious. Will definitely return.
