It is difficult to fault this Barrow Guest House. It is not a 5 or 4 star Hotel, but neither does it present itself as such. I enjoyed a very friendly and welcoming stay at East mount house. The room was newly furnished and clean, with the bonus of a flat screen TV with plenty of freeview channels. Excellent value for money - I would definitely stay again

I booked this for my daughter because she was working at the hospital and some of her shifts finished very late and it was too difficult to make a long journey home. My Husband & i were comming to barrow for a wedding & the eastmount was on the list of guest houses in which to stay so we phone & booked a room lovely room four poster bed great breakfast in the morning very friendly and most helpful hosts would use again
