“Pauline is a super-woman!”

I stayed at Burton Mount for a week for work. The room, food and hospitatlity were impeccable and Pauline was such a great host, despite the fact that my colleague and I were working unusual hours. We enjoyed great breakfasts, tea in our rooms and home made cakes in the afternoon. The rooms were also very clean with lovely towels.... More

“Pauline's South Yorkshire Gem”

We visited 9 years ago and it was excellent. This time it was better. Pauline takes great pride in providing quality accomodation and wonderful full Yorkshire breakfasts and quality dinners on request. Our room was extremely comfortable and the grounds are wonderful. “Exceptional in every way”

This is a lovely place to stay. A beautifully furnished house in extensive well kept gardens. Our room was attractive, comfortable and spotlessly clean with fresh flowers on the dressing table and everything we could possibly need. Pauline made us feel very welcome and served us a delicious breakfast in the mornings. We will definitely be returning soon.

We needed somewhere to stay when we met up with friends who live in the area. What a brilliant choice: everything was just perfect. Pauline was so welcoming and the perfect hostess.
