Hilton is our home around the world and we love to be delighted by Hilton Hospitality. Staff were very friendly and rooms are clean. Used for 2 nights has great view over the River Tyne. Rooms come at very decent rates and with a breath-taking view across the river and over Newcastle city centre - and is ideal for someone who just wants a base.

The rooms are a good size and we had a great view over the River Tyne. We stayed whilst we were cycling the C2C and the staff were very helpful making sure our bikes were stored securely. The food is good but a little pricey. Avoid the Costa coffee bar which is overpriced Would definitely stay here again.

We stay here regulalry and its always a great place to stay, good location & friendly service. What I also appreciate is the reasonable price they charge for breakfast. sorry but just ok ............... There was some really bad stains on the carpet in the room and more then just one also. When I checked in (3.30pm) there was a room service tray outside the next room to me with left over food and all sorts on ............ its was still there when I checked out the next day... More

We stayed here for a weekend in August last year. The hotel was stunning and in a fantastic location. The service on the other hand was unfortunately not so good. It took ages for us to get checked in, then we were told our room wasn't ready so we'd have wait, which we were fine to do, when the room... More

Just spent 1 night in this place but the view is very nice. Room is truly ok, enough space, bed is good. Service nothing to say against. Breakfast and diner could serve more choice but this is just a detail. Next business trip to Newcastle i will for sure come back to this one.
