Substantial beef complimented by new potatoes & seasonal vegetables. Good value for money. The bitter beer is called "a pint of heavy" by local people. Not unpleasant but not to my taste. A relaxed evening with friends in a good atmosphere. Friendly staff who were very attentive.

I spent 6 nights invthe Queens Hotel and the staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Having a gym and a sauna was lovely although I didn't spend enough time in them. The hotel was very close to the motorway and also to Lockerbie itself. Superb breakfast on offer each day too. I'd happily stay there again.
