What a pleasent and excellent stay that was! This B&B has beautiful, well decorated rooms with both traditional and stylish modern accents. The Italian owner is very very friendly, flexible and did everything to feel welcome. We felt very much at home, stayed for a whole week, next time in Ashford definately going back to this place.

Very clean and spacious room with tea and coffee and a comfortable bed. Quiet and secure with lovely owners that are so helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended. I live in a small house and would have no problem booking them into this B & B when people visit. Very central and within a short walking distance to Ashford town.

I chose it for its perfect location to the business I was working in. I had a uniformly pleasant stay, something that's not always possible to say as I spent a combined total of 5 weeks there. In particular I would like to emphasize the friendliness of the staff. Felt very well taken care of and can fully recommend it.

Very friendly service. Rooms a bit small, but well equipped. Adrian is a very pleasant host and takes pride in his business. The guest house in very close to the central town area with all the shops and restaurants. I will definitely enquire for a booking there on my next trip.

We stayed at The Hayesbank for bed & breakfast for one night while visiting family in Ashford. The location suited our needs perfectly and off road parking was a bonus.
