Had a lovely long weekend break at the Grendon over the Spring Bank Holiday. The Rookery room was a very large, comfortable room with an extremely comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was of a high standard with lots of choices. Perfectly positioned for beautiful walks on the Peaks. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed a lovely few days at this guest house. Our room was spacious comfortable and clean. We had to find the knack to get the shower to run at a constant temperature but then it was fine. Breakfasts were of a very high standard - the bread and the marmalade were home made and everything perfectly cooked and well presented.

We took our French goddaughter to the Peak district and had a wonderful weekend. Not only the Peak District and Buxton but a refreshingly family welcome at Grendon GH. Big rooms, very peaceful and breakfasts that keep you going all day. We will be back.
