We've stayed several times in Hay but this was our first visit to Vermont, we received a very warm welcome from Pauline, the room was spotless, great views, superb breakfast. Thank you, we will definitely visit again!

We had a family get together in Hay and took 3 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there including Wi-Fi and the hosting was just right. And in the words of Michael Winner - the cooked breakfasts were 'historic'. Excellent value and worth a visit.
