on a recent stay at ballykisteen hotel i found it very average, The staff, reception in particular i found difficult to talk too, and not good at "customer service" in general. The food was good when it got there, but again waiter/waitress training seemed lacking. Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from - J. Leitrim. More

A recent overnight stay in the Ballykisteen Hotel was very comfortable, very clean spacious rooms furnished to a high standard. Breakfast was delicious as was our evening meal.
