I would recommend this guest house. The rooms are lovely and very clean. Breakfast was awsome. Very friendly atmospher. The longe was lovely to sit an rest later in the evening. Bathrom within the room were very clean and modern. We will be going back next year.

have stayed here on numerous occasions on my visits to ballater, gordon and his staff make your stay very comfortable. lovely sized rooms ,excellent scottish breakfast or continental , whatever you fancy, ideally located for everything whether you want hillwalking, fishing, golf shooting or just socialising. i wouldn't stay any place else if i was visiting ballater.

Always a warm and friendly welcome. Comfortable clean rooms with en suite bathroom and shower. Breakfast is always good with loads of tea and toast. Good Happy atmosphere in a beautiful location. Always happy to return.

Stayed one night , 20 June ,weather outside chilly , beds warm electric blankets , cosy. Lovely room with nice clean modern bathroom with bathtub and shower. Friendly welcome and adequate breakfast all at a fair price. Situated right in the centre of the village. Would return.
