Stayed here last weekend with my partner was really nice. Didn't try the spa/pool but did look amazing when we had a peer through the door. Nice hotel on the riverside with friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable though it was a little disappointing to discover that it was in a modern extension block and just like many other hotel rooms; the photographs are all of the original front part which does not show this extension. Excellent location with lovely walks by the river.

The new terrace bar situated outside facing the river is the best place in Bedford for coffee and snacks. Hotel has invested in astro turf with fantastic garden furniture. You pay a bit more but a great sun trap and number 1 place for people watching!!
