We have just attended a wedding at this venue but did not stay at the hotel- which I am glad about as the bar prices were EXTORTIONATE ! £17 for two bottles of cider and one gin and tonic. £6.75 per pint for San Miguel. On the plus side the hotel and grounds appear to be lovely.

This hotel is amazing, full of old charm and character, in a beautiful setting of woods and green fields. The service warm and friendly and the food is fresh and very nice. The afternoon cream tea in front of the fire on a cold day was lovely.

Had a fantastic stay here with friends. The setting and facilities are excellent. I was particularly impressed with the service offered on arrival and throughout the day, although all the staff were very helpful. Worth every penny!

As a persistent user of the gym and other spa facilities I can say that this hotel is really great. Very clean and well maintained, always a nice warm pool and an equally as nice gym.
