Very clean and effortless booking via Booking.com. A quiet room meant you could hear the bathroom next door and the car park outside. Rooms clean and functional and staff nice and helpful. As always you want to thump other guests who can't close doors with quiet respect. Really weird configuration of seating to watch the sports TV. Okay breakfast selection.

Stayed here for one night at the beginning of the bank holiday weekend. Easy to find near the centre of Poole. Ample parking. Friendly staff. This is a nice clean comfy hotel. Nice sized rooms and comfy beds. On a down side, had dinner here and was very basic,easy cook/deep fried........breakfast was basic too, scrambled egg, sausage and beans.
