“Good value and no problems”

This is a budget hotel located on on a padestrianised road on the edge of the shopping precinct. First impressions aren't great. “Why pay London prices”

We went to see England -vs- Ireland at Wembley, it was a late kick-off so we had to stay overnight. “My worst night sleep ever”

The hotel has the elements to be rated much higher. So lets start with the good: The rooms are all refurbished and look nice (new bathroom, Tiling, beds etc) The bad: The radiator is making so much noice that you can't sleep in the room Hope they fix it soon as the hotel has lots of potential.

“Brilliant hotel”

Stayed at this hotel 3 times now, for 2/3 nights. Rooms very clean and comfortable. All staff very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. Food in the restaurant was to a very high standard, with good daily specials. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

“Awful mattress”

Stayed there for 1 night. Reception no understanding! Worst nights sleep on uncomfortable mattress n I suffer from back pain... the reception needs deaf awareness cos the communication was poor esp I was trying hard to read his lips! The ibis have had changes recently but no difference to me

“Two up - one down”

Two up: excellent room and breakfast. One down: poor dinner. My main course was mediocre. My friend was afraid to finish his because of the peculiar taste. Service was slow. From a small wine list the waiter managed to bring the wrong bottle. We enjoyed the wine we ordered.
