The Hotel was as you would expect from a Premier Inn, comfortable, economical and convenient. The staff in this particular Hotel we found to be exceptional, one in particular went out of her way to be helpful and was the smiling embodiment of customer service. The food in the reatuarant though was poor value.

The premises are scrupulously clean, looked after by friendly, helpful staff. So quiet I bought deaf aids! An excellent budget stop over. Convenient for visiting the area.The meals in the adjacent Beefeater Grill, where breakfast is served, are very good value, served by similarly professional, friendly staff. Keep it up guys!

Stayed in September 2012.Room and adjourning Pub/Restaurant excellent. Ideally situated for Ipswich and touring locality. One criticism was TV just been updated and TV reception was adequate, but sure that this just initial teething problems and all is well now.

Another hidden gem for Premier Inn! This one benefits from its location which is very close to the A12 and also overlooking the marina.
