we stayed here for only one night. our main reason for choosing this guest house was its good price, and we were pleasantly surprised by the good value for money we received. cosy and comfortable room, good bed, clean bathroom, quiet hotel, good night's sleep, very good breakfast, friendly staff. overall very good experience.

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of September Gill was very welcoming and helpful. Had room 8, a double, which was very clean and tidy with a modern en-suite shower room. Slept like a log - the room was very quiet. Will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely first floor bedroom with a larger than average bathroom all new and beautifully clean. Breakfast nicely cooked and adequate. Off road parking. Gill was very friendly and welcoming. Would stop there again as it was very central, but not noisy.

First things first (as that's usually the order of things): parking in Llandudno in general is a bit of a nightmare.
