We have just come back from staying with Anne in Llundadno and have had a brilliant time. We had such a warm welcome on arrival, with 2 delicious cakes and copies amounts of tea and a chat about our journey. Our room was spacious, comfy and warm. Once you have stayed at Anne's you will never stay anywhere else when you are in the area. Brilliant everything!! From the moment you walk in the door you will be mollycoddled by Anne. Excellent cake to enjoy. The breakfasts are legendary and you won't eat again until evening.
