Julie and Steve are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Everything is spotless, the food is freshly cooked to order and is of a quality which some 4 or 5 Star hotels struggle to achieve. We can, with confidence, recommend this lovely B & B.

We spent two nights from 7th May with relatives and it was immaculate. We were impressed with all the little extras e.g. Bottle of water. The shower was very clean and lovely big bath towels. Lovely place, lovely food and lovely people.

Stayed for one night whilst working in the Llandudno area. I was really impressed by the modern decor, the comfy beds and the little added extras e.g. free wi-fi and bottled water/ hot chocolate with marshmallows in the room. The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked, a great place to stay as part of a business trip!

Just spent 4 nights over the Bank Holiday weekend with friends using 3 rooms we all rated it as the best B&B we had ever stayed in Steve and Julie were the perfect hosts spotlessly clean with great attention to detail great breakfasts all in all 10 out of 10 will definitely be going back

Having attended the Extravaganza weekend for many years and tried a selection of accommodation this was certainly the best;cannot find ant faults but why should I try? I must ensure that I book up for next year as soon as I'm sure of my availability. Highly recommended.

lovely homely atmosphere nothing was too much trouble for julie and steve, very usefull information from them on where to eat, rooms were excelent .books and magazines available to read ,superb breakfast with lots of choice , the finishing touch was a box of chocolates left in our sons room for his birthday.will be back again soon

just come back from a weekend break at burleigh house with my husband, the hotel was lovely and spotless. fab breakfast, great location and julie and steve are just two of the loveliest people, they cant do enough for you. would definately go back. teresa and roy

This is our second stay, as good as the first, only one room had people staying for the first time. Everything about this B&B is top class.The breakfasts are great,rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The location is close to town and looks on to the great Orm.The pier is just down the road.
