The welcome by Harriet, on reception, was everything one could wish for. Bright and cheerful, warm and welcoming. First impression set us up for the rest of our stay....which did not disappoint. This is a fabulous Hotel and we have stayed here for short breaks for nearly 20 years. Wonderful facilities and location. Room 420 Corner location 2 windows, one front, one side. Spent 13/01 and 14/01 nights at the Imperial. Beautifully decorated room made you instantly feel at home.
