Lynne and Simon made us very welcome. We stayed for the weekend and visited the local theatre which put on an excellent show. Our room was very clean and spacious with a lovely on-suite. Even though we arrived late eve, our welcome was warm and friendly. The Hatfield guesthouse was well decorated, spotlessly clean, and our bedroom was spacious and pretty.Lynn and Simon are very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. the whole place is spotless, the bedrooms are lovely,good food etc. Simon & Lynn the owners would do anything for you.We have been there three times in the last two years, we usually holiday abroad but this hotel and Llandudno really fit the bill.

we stayed at the hatfield house guest house in llandudno in september 2012. the room was mucky with dust everywhere, mildew on the window frames, chipped cups on 'luxury' welcome tray. the bedding was not changed for the week we were there, the cups were never washed the tray was never wiped clean. there is room air fresheners everywhere, and... Thankyou for your interesting review ( not surprised ). I know that this lady turned up very unhappy because she wanted to go abroad and her husband wanted to go to North Wales. We have mainly received high marks from other Guests for cleaniness and quality of our rooms. Car park can get 7 cars on of all different sizes... More

Simon and Lynn made us welcome on arrival. Simon offered to take my wife's suitcase upstairs,which was a nice touch.good breakfast. well stocked tray in bedroom. good location quiet street.ample parking for seven cars enjoyed our first trip to North Wales thanks for a great stay Tony and Marian

Lovely bed and breakfast in a quite road very close to shops and sea front. Great room - we had the luxury double on the first floor, and it was quite something, done in cream and black, sounds a bit dull but done very tastefully. Breakfast was good and well cooked, and the evening meal we had was very good.... More

Clean rooms, well cooked breakfast, well stocked tray in room with tea, coffee, water ,biscuits .great location for town, ample parking. Fast wifi.friendly helpful hosts. Would recommend & stay here again As good value for money.

Stayed here for our 1st anniversary for 2 nights. B&B is very nice with a lot of character and very clean. Friendly staff who were very chatty and happy to help.
