I stayed here for two nights with friends. The location is great, right on the sea front. But of the three rooms that we had one was an ok bedroom but with a bathroom that was falling apart, one had a new bathroom but a bedroom that was falling apart and the other was just ok. Stayed at the Atlanta while we were down for a weekend conference. Friendly guy welcomed us and gave us the keys to our rooms. The restaurant area is attractive although some decorating is required elsewhere but the rooms are comfortable and quiet with all the usual amenities. Took a quick trip to Eastbourne to catch the end of the season weather. Early morning sunshine and the temptation of a good breakfast got us up and out and walking! Hotel right on the front, and although we did not get a sea view, our room was nonetheless very pleasant, with spotless room and bathroom. Will stay again More
