This hotel should be closed down. 6 people from our party got ill from the roast lamb. The heating was so loud we had to move rooms at 330 am. This was once we wroke up the night porter. The staff drunk more each night at the bar then we did.

Stayed at the Cumberland for 4 nights in May 2013. Hotel a bit tired but staff good and helpful. Food excellent. Adam and Phil our entertainment for two nights were great and had a good choice of music. Something for everyone. Our party had a good time.

Went to our Christmas Party at the Cumberland and stayed the night. Good party (despite awful music) great room. Coffee at breakfast too some effort, but followup was good.
