Apartment is very well situated close to good underground railway system that works well for all destinations. Apartment is large but quite sparsely furnished with limited kitchen equipment eg no wine glasses or kettle. There was a very bad smell from the shower drain and the apartment could do with some maintenance but it suited our purpose ok.

Badly furnished, unhelpful staff. We were told we cannot be giv en extra blankets, or even washing up provisions etc even after renting an apartment for a week. Every other holiday apartment I have ever rented at least had the basics like tea coffee, and someway to light the gas to boil water.

The apartments are well located, near Karlsplatz and Kettenbruckegasse. You can also find bars, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. However.... We have recently returned from a weekend at the Carlton Suites (run by the Carlton Opera Hotel) in Vienna. We heard about it from the Vienna tourist board website.
