“Near to Schönbrunn”

It is very close to Schönbrunn , only a short distance. Free wifi was great and worked properly. Room did not look like on the pictures, the reality was a bit disappointing. Bathroom is too small.. Breakfast was quite good, but the furniture very old fashioned.Price was fairly good for the service. In overall it was not a bad experience.

“Personel is not kind”

After I was waiting 10 minutes in front of the hotel around 22:30, the owner started to shout on me. They made a mistake in reservation and lady wanted to use my credit card number and make me pay what I have not ordered!! Breakfast is poor. Room is small, modest, and you can find dust on the hidden places.... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in July 2012. Even though not in the city center, the hotel is conveniently located a very short walk (about 100m) from the underground and within walking distance from Schonbrunn Palace & Gardens. “Nice room and location”

Very nice little hotel. Few rooms at a very comfortable location just next to the shonbrung park. Everything was very nice just for the breakfast too little possibilities and choice.

We were lucky to find this hotel. Very reasonably prices and friendly staff, clean and even wireless internet in the hotelroom for free, which you do not really find everywhere in Europe! We will be back!

“3 star hotel with free parking”

we stay at a family room which includes two doubles beds and a chair which can be opened into an extra bed. The parking is in the street and not always you may find free parking. The hotel is 100 meter away from the underground station and it is very easy to go to the old city by a train.... More

“Could have been better”

The location is great. Hotel is old, no amenities, floor tiles in bathroom cracked ( I hurt myself). Senior Hotel Manager unfriendly. Even request for a flask of hot water was turned down. Breakfast was the same every day, no rotation.....I would recommend it "Only for the Location since it is close to the Palace and the underground"

“Perfect spot and optimal solution for all purposes...”

Very nice service. Larisa was kind to accomodate us all in perfect manner speaking both Austrian, English and Russian. The rooms are clean and spacious with large size LCD TVs.
