not so clean, the rooms are so old that they are nomore cleanable, old rooms and bathrooms, very expansive parking, good location ,access to centre town possible with 2 metrolines and also pedestrian (near the Mariahilferstrasse, comercial street), good service in the restaurant, but no access to the restaurant in wheelchair, good quality for the restaurant.

Rooms are quite small but very clean and quiet. Free wifi available in the lobby. Overall the hotel is ok, well connected to the center with subway. The location is not the best since it is very close to a big train station. Prices are good, also compared to other hotels in Wien.

I stayed in Mercure Westbahnhof for a weekend and was quite happy with my choice. The hotel is located very close to Westbahnhof and have very good connection to the public transport. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

I have been in this hotel for the 2nd time in one year time. The hotel is located close to the westbahnof, hence very easily accessible with public transportation (lot of trams and one metro line going to all city centre and other districts). An okay hotel if you are passing by. Nicely located to visit Schonbrum Palace. It is 5 or 6 metro stations from Vienna Centre, so it is quite quick to move around. Service was okay--one member of the staff could be more enthusiastic about their customers.
