Stopped 2 nights on a tour with a group. The staff were all excellent and very helpful. The rooms were good and very comfy beds. The breakfast was fairly ordinary with not too much choice but was adequate for us. The hotel is well positioned for travel into the centre of Vienna which took about 10 minutes on the tram.
