My room stunk like smoke. Even the towels. When I asked about it at the front desk, all they could say is "all our rooms are non smoking". Apparently not. Even though I had prepaid for 3 nights, I checked out a day early, that's how bad it was. Would not recommend. More

Excellant hotel and staff. Out of town (but close to ski lifts), but no problem with a car. Great restaurant and breakfast buffet. Get a room on the non-street side of the hallway (north) for a quieter sleep. More

This is an excellent hotel in every way. You have beautiful scenery all around. . The hotel itself inside and out, is a work of art. The staff are lovely, very friend, and speak very very good English. Its clean, tidy, free internet, free parking, wonderful restaurant. This makes a wonderful base for exploring the Tyrol and Innsbruck Stay here. More
