Very comfortable hotel to stay in ... did not have breakfast as it was just too expensive. The hotel is close to the beautiful river and you walk around the corner and straight into the pedestrian walking area. LOTS of restaurants but would just mention The Piano Bar restaurant fabulous schnitzels, chips and salad and lovely cozy feeling. I would... More

Hotel is in a great position with views over the river and the snow capped mountains. It is in the old town with in 200 mtrs of all the sights, restaurants, shops and town square. It's a little stroll to the Nordkettebahn and train station. The hotel is very well appointed with a swimming pool, saunas, wet beds, rain showers... More

Stayed at hotel 4 nights. Excellent location for sightseeing, it is well kept and very clean and we had a spacious well equipped bedroom with a very comfortable bed. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and this was also excellent All staff were very helpful and friendly and we couldn't fault the hotel. Highly recommended, would definitely stay there... More

We stayed here for 1 night as part of our Europe tour. The hotel is located in a very nice location, a few minutes from stores and souvenier shops. The view from our hotel room was very beautiful, buildings along a river with the mountain as background. The restaurant staff were nice, too. They were smiling (totally opposite of those... More

Well equipped hotel just near the river and the Old Town. Plenty to see within a ten minute walking radius. Very comfortable bed, great shower, wellness centre for pampering. Parking provided down a narrow entrance next to hotel, a car elevator takes you down to 2 levels of parking. Thought the breakfast was over priced at 16 euros. Other than... More

Nice rooms and great breakfast. Fan system was not on yet and the windows could not be left open since the street noise was too loud. Mattress in room 200 was squeaky and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. Hotel is on the edge of old town/new town. A great location for testing to the restaurants and shopping. We also took... More

Clean, nice hotel w helpfull stuff, excellent breakfast. Only thing we did not like was the old fashioned "wall-to-wall carpet", which is never clean again having old odors. Hotel location is good for tourist wanted to have a look to old city, which starts around the corner in 100 meters.

We stayed for 5 days and were delighted with the great spa facilities which we frequented daily. The location is great, with a great selection of restaurants within walking distance. There are 2 spa areas, the one downstairs had a swimming pool too, although the water was cold, it was fine. Our family room was clean, a good size and... More

Stayed in Innsbruck many times. This Is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Spa facilities very nice on top floor of hotel. Room clean and functional with fabulous views. Breakfast was varied with fresh fruit ( not canned like many hotels!) and a nice setting. Location in centre of town so could no be more ideal. Highly... More

My wife and I and another couple spent 5 days here in the first week of March, 2013. We picked this hotel based upon the reviews on TripAdvisor and our Frommers Book on Austria. Both were consistent in their reviews. We wanted a nice, clean hotel with a friendly atmosphere and good service. This hotel met or exceeded all expectations.... More
