The Hotel needs to change its towels, they are threadbare beyond belief. Also they need to fix a drainage smell problem in room 511, this problem may be limited to this room although I suspect it is present also in other rooms on this floor. We stayed at Calpso hotel for 2 nights in a bay view room. The room was big and very clean with one balcony overlooking the bay and another one inner view. Breakfast was delicious with a variety to choose from. The waiters were really helpful and polite and always welcomed us. Will surely go again.

Stayed in this hotel for just 1 night but could not fault. All the staff are all friendly and helpful and check-in and check-out were very easy going. The room was very nice, with balcony, and above all very clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of items to choose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.

Four star prices for a 3 star hotel. We booked a double room only to have 2 single beds pushed together (which is a twin room) with a zipped up mattress. The room we stayed in was very nice. Huge bedroom with a separate sitting room and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The breakfast was fantastic with made to order omelets. But what is the point of getting a hotel? Staff without exception friendly and attentive.Food exceleent although portions served during evening meal challenging.Only dow nside was a run down feel to the roof top restaurant.bar and pool which was non existent during our stay in March.
