Fantastic location in the centre of Reykjavik behind main shopping/resturant steet and near the seafront. Quite a basic room but was very clean and comfortable and a perfect base for exploring (at the end of the day who comes to Iceland just to stay in their hotel and watch TV all the time!) We found ourselves here on the last night of our holiday as the Fosshotel Lind had overbooked. The Baron is close to the main shopping street and has 4 floors. Stayed for 4 nights here. It was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was great and picnic lunches are available. All staff speak English and are very helpful and knowledgeable. Jon on evening duty was especially helpful. Great location just a few minutes walk from lots of shops and restaurants. Would recomment to anyone.

spent 2 nights here, nice clean room with comfy bed. Room and bathroom small but most of the day and night I was out so served a good purpose!! Few mins walk into town and staff were very good on directions. We left at 430 and had breakfast perfect :) great stay!

I stayed here for 3 nights, it was clean and comfortable. It was only a short walk from the main shopping and restaurant area. We stayed on bed and breakfast basis, the breakfasts were excellent, huge choice and variety. Would recommend it.
