Looking for somewhere different for my wifes 40th, I booked this hotel via clever hotels.com and trviago. Three nights B&B for €320. Very reasonable. We landed Easyjet and our icelandic friends collected us took us up to the hotel. It was about 10am and we knew we were to early for check-in, but decided to give it a go. Alas,... More

A lovely new and clean hotel on the edge of Reykjavik. The staff were friendly, the room clean and comfortable, if a little small for two people. Lovely warm duvets. We had the buffet dinner which if you stick to salad and soup with a dessert if half price, very good value. Breakfast was also nice. The bar is small,... More

A good value for money hotel near, but not in the center of the capital. It provides nice accomodation for families with young kids, a rarity in these days. The hotel, though, is a bit worn out and bathrooms and corridors deserve to be refreshed.

welcome & staff were good. Room was comfortable & breakfast was fine. Conveniently positioned for either 10 min. walk to Reykjavik city centre or bus stop outside. Although we did not need it there is a large car park. The olt cementry is nearby, As is the National Reykjavik museum.

The room I got had a great view, other than that, everything looks like it needs renovating. The room is outdated, and the bathroom is small. Good enough to sleep in, but nothing fancy. The breakfast was boring, and the warm food was not really warm. Lunch in the bar was also a mediocre experience. The good part of the... More

I arrived on Sunday morning from NYC. The flight got in at 6am, so by the time I arrived at the Saga I was exhausted, sleepy and all I wanted was a bed. Now, I know the check-in is at 2pm, but honestly I was fine just waiting in the lobby until a room freed up. This very helpful young... More

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, however breakfast on first morning no tables available had to take breakfast to bar area to eat, also the hot breakfast was cold every morning, needed to be up early to ensure a seat in the dining area. Everything was very expensive that is food and drink always make sure you have lots of... More

Stayed at the Radisson Blu for business. Older hotel, guessing built in the 70's or older. Outside needs attention, rooms need updating. Bathroom is very small, shower is less than 30"x30". Room has a TV/Ironing board/coffee stand (no coffee pot/boiler) and room is so small that you can't open the press/ironing board. They have recently updated the elevators. Breakfast is... More

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Radisson Blu Saga. When we came to room was a beautiful surprise for us. We had heart with flowers on the bed. Also we had a perfect mountain view from our room. The most of staff were helpful. I had just a small problem with one old icelandic lady ( I think... More

The customer service is really good, with front desk + excursions booking excelling...unfortunately the rooms are a little bit dated and with simpler furniture...also...the free wifi connection is not working properly...we had to keep the door to our room open to receive a signal in the rooms further from the main area. The breqkfast buffet is good with smoked salmon,... More
