This is a perfectly adequate hotel in a good location. Still, I appreciated that the lifts could not be accessed without a room card. The breakfast buffet was great. Our room had an iron and ironing board.

Nice clean hotel in Karlstad's city centre with great friendly service. Decent breakfast with everything one could ask for. Very busy during the weekends. Spa closed for renovation so never tried that. Rooms facing the street are the best as there is building going on in the courtyard.

Don't expect the Hilton experience here, but for what it is, it's ok. Recently renovated, it has a fresh appeal. However, the room was really dark and lacked some lamps. the hotel is close to the central square. friendly staff and good Internet connectivity. the sauna and jacuzzi have also been nice. it is somewhat close to busy roads and therefore some rooms are noisy. the breakfast buffet is big, but somehow things didn't taste too good.
