The staff are very nice. If you are looking for modern or luxury though this is not the place for you. Rooms on the level of a Marriott Courtyard. Odd features such as no shower curtain on bath with shower so watch for slippery floors and fall risk. Exercise facilities a bit disorganized. Best part is the welcoming staff. More

Had a room on 7th fllor with balcony and lovely views over the roof tops. Room was extremely comfortable and staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help. I don't think the location could have been better for exploring the city. Great cocktails in the bar too. More
