Nice and friendly staff, great views of the canals and really, really close to the nice pubs and restaurants in Kongen's Nyhavn. Everything was good about this hotel (for its level). We stayed there over Christmas and the staff was attentive and friendly. The room was cosy (slightly small though) and the bed good.
