We stayed in a penthouse apartment. It was lovely but only really equipped for a few days stay. There is a dishwasher, tablets and a washing brush and a tea towel but you have to buy your own washing up liquid if you just want to clean a glass or cup and no where to put the wet crockery so... More

I am leaving in Stay for the last 6 months while working in Copenhagen. The building and localization is really good, but they should improve the customer care. The daly/weekly cleaning some times could be better! But is a nice place to stay.

Staying at STAY was an unique experience. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Decked out in traditional Danish minimalist style and very clean. Stayed here for a short time, and i hope I never returns! The location is the only possitive thing. Service really bad, cleaning the rooms? What cleaning? Some of the staff was very negative and unhelpful

I was amazed by the size of my loft suite. Tons of space and very modern. I had 2 bedrooms and a kitchen plus 1 bathroom with shower. Shower did not have curtain, typical Scandinavian style so shower water was wettening the floor. Bit unpractical. Daily cleaning. Breakfast ok. They have a nice gym and direct view to harbor side....
