We chose this hotel as we were going to a party nearby. It is a standard chain hotel without much personality, and the bathroom was a bit knackered. Big, bright room with a view over the city and a comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff. We got an excellent deal, so top value

This Scandic is about 10 years overdue for a refurbishment. The bedroom and bathrooms are dated and very scruffy, the bedroom corridors are just as bad. The bedroom was however warm, and the bed itself was fairly comfortable. The breakfasts were very good, and the dining/bar area is in far better condition than the rest of the hotel.

Stayed two days- tried to get another room but all full (so they said) stayed on bottom floors rooms in 100's. Smelled like sewage. My husband says they don't have a regular drain systems.
