My wife and I had the pleasure of spending a romantic getaway here. Room was nice and clean, spa area great but the restaurant was really excellent. Nothing in DK is cheap but the has great value for money compared to especially similar plages in Copenhagen or Aarhus.

The title says it all... This place is not a hotel, but in every way resembles a hostel. And what a shame it is that they didn't convert this place into something nice. I just stayed one night at Scheelsminde and thank god for that. There where a strange smell in the room, really nasty. And after first glance we saw that i was really dirty, and not like from the day before, no really old stubbern dirt. Not a plecent stay, and im glad that it was only for one night.
