We stayed there for one night. The rooms smelled awful and they were dirty. Nothing in common with this that we saw on the pictures before we went there. The breakfast was poor and not fresh, just the coffee was good. The stuff was not very friendly.

We enjoyed our time here- the Emporikon was a good base for exploring Thessaloniki. However, if you can get your price without breakfast included I would save yourself the money- the breakfast was lacklustre at very best. Just go grab a couple pastries from the nearest bakery instead!

The only good thing is location, everything else goes for cons: small parking, always busy, scant breakfast, smoked-up rooms, stuff is not that friendly as it appears from the first glance. You better choose another hotel, there are plenty of them in the area
