Lovely family hotel with a location close to town with all the tavernas and restaurants to choose from. Clean, spacious, airy rooms with balconies. Beautiful gardens. Bougainvilleas of all colours and loads of lemon trees. Pool was incredibly filtered and clean. The staff under Yiannis were very attentive. Warning - no pool towels provided, bring your own.

Just returned from Tara Beach Hotel. We had a wonderful stay at Tara, thanks to Yiannis and his family for making us so welcome, Scala is a beautiful town with lots to see and do, try the captains bar, happy hr was fun. We will be returning. Tracy and Mark.

This hotel is a great location but sadly has declined since our first visit. The rooms are basic and very tired. The TV caters for the dutch holiday makers and although there are some english chanels they had reduced them from our first visit. The breakfaxt is standard greek fare- watered down orange, cheap ham, cheese and bread/toast, jam etc.... More

Stayed at Tara Beach Hotel 18th to 25th Sept 2012 and loved it. Even though its rated a 2-Star this place is worthy of a higher ranking we reckon.
