Anna, Alex and Vicki were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. They went out their way to make your stay as comfortable and interesting as possible. The building was beautiful and full of character. We would have no hesitation in recommending both the town and Casa Moazzo to anyone.

Casa Moazzo is a great place to stay for several reasons. The accommodation itself is first rate. We had a huge bedroom beautifully furnished and equipped with a full size fridge carefully concealed within a dresser, coffee maker and kettle cups and glasses. The decor was tasteful. Everything that had been written regarding the hotel is true- unfortunately we only had a two day stay in Rethymnon but we really fell in love with the town and hotel, so hopefully we'll be back soon. Definately deserves the five stars!! Thanks again Anna for all your recomendations.
