Great location in Chania in the old quarter near the harbor and in the middle of the lovely pedestrianized area. Marianna provided exceptional and personalized service. tucked away one street back from the harbour is this fabulous boutique hotel. Our room had everything you could want, lovely fittings down to bose ipod base. Extremely comfortable and the roof garden a delightful place to laze in the afternoon. Marianna and Martha very informative and helped us enjoy a great break.

It has been our second time at the Fatma Hanoum Hotel and we love it! Marianna and Martha are so courteous and they can help you with everything. You just have to ask. We had a brief but outstanding visit from 30th April to 2nd May. Marianna and her staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The hotel is very central to Chania old town so perfectly located. We cannot recommend it highly enough. A very safe bet for anyone.

everything was just amazing, amazing choice for couples. everything is quality, from the sheets, the covers, the matress, towels e.t.c. the amenities. the room is fully equiped with everything: soap, shower gel (KORRES) robes, slippers, espresso machine, toothpaste, toothbrush, (durex) condoms, (always) sanitary towels, even free water chilled in the fridge and raki which is the traditional alcohol of Crete....
