I checked in on Sunday morning and a room was available for me. Nice room though small. Great wifi and a great breakfast. In good weather there is an outside terrace which one could have breakfast in. Good location, across from Rue Neuve, North Station and the buses. Rogier Metro station is by the hotel. Would reccomend this hotel
