The views of the Minho river and Spain are amazing from this pousada! Plan on spending time to visit the fortress it's located inside. Only drawback - it needs some updating but, no other complaints!

Sorry but this place is a disappointment. We could not enter the castle when we arrived, because the Portuguese police did not allow us. Secondly, we got a very dark room with only a little window. Finally service is friendly, however, way too slow. Too expensive for what you get.
