The staff were very friendly & welcoming given our late arrival. May be that is what affected by sleepquality. The room was a funny set up, four single beds, yes four in a row. The room was out the back of the breakfast area, thorugh a few doors and then upsome stairs, strange but I suppose added to the experience.... More

This small hotel is nice but I was a little bit confused from the cleaning in our room. Other stuff was very helpful but I was really unhappy when I asked a few times for better cleaning and it was not happenening. Next day was our room also -average-clean!

Hotel America is a fairly small hotel, with a rather unassuming frontage. It is the sort of hotel that I really should not like at all! Good price, clean rooms. Free parking, but the rooms, at least our room 206, was very noisy. No window and very small.

My room was up front near reception, so thin walls, tile floors and walls, and people - ringing phones - TV, etc made for a noisy stay. Not very kind or helpful at the front desk reception area, either. Breakfast was above average, rate was good, parking was tricky.

The hotel is fantastic, and the staff so helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was the best we have ever had. The rooms were spacious . Everywhere was spotless. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday, and we will certainly return to this hotel. We definitely would recommend it to our friends.
