Location and rooms are excellent. However, maintenance and hygiene do not come up to 5*****. FREE WIFI NOT AVAILABLE!!! One has to go to the cafeteria across the street that is bothersome. It was unexpectedly raining in Porto and umbrellas were out! Poor for 5-stars.

I enjoyed my stay and found the staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable if not terribly modern. Internet access was from an external provider and was expensive and somewhat annoying to set up. Overall a decent luxury hotel.
