“Great room, poor spa”

Nice set-up of the room: separate toilet, bath tube, big comfy bed, curtains that make the room completely dark. Breakfast could have been better, very standard. Staff overall very friendly and helpful. Spa/Gym was a bit disappointing. Also has a stupid day limit of 90 minutes for use by hotel guests.

Stayed one night in this hotel and found the reception staff to be rude and unfriendly. The room was OK but nothing to write home about, definitely not 5 star. “Excellent staff and beautiful hotel with amazing, well priced spa”

I absolutely loved this hotel. Although the location wasn't the best, the hotel staff and facilities were excellent. The front desk constantly was courteous, helpful and friendly. “Disappointing”

Typical city centre hotel located on the outskirts of the city.Only interested in taking your money with as little effort as possible on their part. Apart from the actual bedroom everything is an additional excessive cost (e.g.20 euros to use the swimming pool). Room comfortable but very dusty.

I have stayed in this hotel about 4 times now, all for business. Each time has been excellent, the standard is very consistent. ts clear that Europe has different standards for rating hotels. What you would consider a 4 star in the U.S. is more like a 3 star in Europe.
