Braga Pop Hostel is an amazing hostel with very nice staff that is eager to help you with whatever problem you have or just to sit with you and have a nice talk. The hostel is clean and has all the facilities you need. Do not miss this stop on your trip in Northern Portugal!

I stayed in Braga mid-March. Not too many guests at that time. The staff at POP was very friendly, helpful and wonderful. POP is not huge, but you feel an overall calm and feel like you're at home. POP Artwork, murals and personal guest touches here and there add to the uniqueness and cheerfulness of the hostel. The outdoor terrace,... More

I enjoyed staying there, everything was very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped. The living room with temporary art exhibitions is light and colorful. The terrace is nice and invites to sit in it. With the keys you get access to private locker as well, situated under the bed. The location is absolutely central. I absolutely recommend this place.

Clean place in great location. Very friendly stuff. You can watch movies in the living room, but speakers are not so great. Only sweet breakfast available like honey and jams. Poky bathrooms. Little space in every room, but it is reality of cheap acommodation.

Really nice place to stay in the center of the city. With helpful people which can tell you what's in for tonight. Common spaces cozy with all electronic devices available (TV, DVD, wireless). Delicious homemade breakfast.

Thanks to this hostel we enjoyed our time spent in Braga even if weather was against us since we arrived. The atmosphere was very friendly, Helena gives us many advices about places to go and we spent a great evening chating with her and watching movies, since it was impossible to go out due to rain. Also next morning's breakfast... More

Well, we arrived there at noon but right after that we went out again, we came back around midnight when a guy came out from the girl's bathroom and that was the only reason we didn't rate it as excelent. The room is awesome, very cozy and nice in the winter. The bathroom a little bit cold but all the... More

this is not really an hostel, it's a friend's house. and a really cool and cozy one. I mean, this friend offers you breakfast that includes, among other things, some delicious jams (the tomato and apple one was truly amazing) and fresh-baked bread. as for the coolness, well it gets to be resumed in a single sentence: they have the... ..... what more can you ask for in a hostel? Well, really helpful and charming staff, loads of interesting people to talk to, great view across Braga to the hills, tasty breakfast, sparklingly clean rooms and bathrooms, decor to make you smile, well equipped kitchen: we got all of this, and it didn't cost much, either. We are a great... More

Why!? Because the people you'll find there are made of a special kind of human being that can attend all your wishes, can give you the best advices and show you where you can find the best places to visit, to eat, to dance, to enjoy yourself and to leave Braga with that feeling: "Gosh, I must come back as...
