Despite the really long walk up the hill from the metro station, I don't have anything to complain about with this place! Clean, central location and generally just an easy place to be if you're in Lisbon. Staff was really friendly too. Would recommend.

Lisbon Soul Ideally situated just away from the centre yet close enough to walk or take a tram. The Hostel is just off the square which has some of the best views in Lisbon. It is on the tram 28 route where you must be careful of the highly professional pickpockets that are around and inform ours for targeting tourists who use this tram. All in all a very clean and tidy hostel with great staff who will help you out when yo need things. Free WiFi that can be a bit slow but I did find if you used the community lounge area the signal was a lot better. I would highly recommend this hostel but book early and don't hesitate as rooms fill fast. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Never have I come across such professional, helpful and cheerful staff. They had no hesitations in assisting us with tourist information and onward bookings. The hostel itself is perfect for meeting other travellers with a big kitchen and decent sized dorm rooms with clean bathrooms. Such a good vibe!

Great hostel in a great location. The staff are really nice and helpful, giving you lots of tips on where to go and what to visit. It is only a short walk (15mins) into the main square in town and only a 5 min walk from the great little (old) suburb of Alfama - where you can get happily lost in the narrow little streets. Can be a little noisy sometimes (late at night) with the wooden stairs and wooden floors. Really good value for money though!

Although we got a bit lost trying to find our way there, it's really very simple: follow the tram lines up the hill from the Martim Moniz metro stop. The two ladies running the place were excellent with advice on how to get to places, what to see, etc. The hostel is very well-kept thanks to efficient cleaning staff. However, we did have a strange smell wafting into our room which I suspect had something to do with the plumbing. Also it was quite busy and noisy in mid-August but much better when we returned a few weeks later in September. The location is cool...close enough to many attractions and the metro but far enough not to be expensive.

Good hostel for a cheap price with extremly nice stuff! Perfect site - quiet, lots of restaurants around and not to far to the city. The hostel is modern, clean and cosy. Recommendable! I would definitely stay there again.

Hostel has rustic look. Hostel signage is not prominent and difficult to find. Room is small but it's ok as we only stayed for 1 night. It was unfortunate that 1 bathroom on the floor we stayed was not in working condition. We had to constantly check on bathroom availability at other floors, which is very inconvenient.

Lovely and cozy hostel. With a lot of young people. Me and my girlfriend had a lovely time in Lisbon because of the hostel. One of the greatest hostel I've tried. The only nay was a dog barking the whole day and night when we stayed in their apartment.

Very clean and provided sufficient blankets and bedsheets. Common room is well equiped And very relaxing to sit there and get to know new people. Table lamp is provided which is very helpful when everyone is sleeping. Location is superb, close to the castle and trams are less than 100m away. However no heater in the room so it can get slightly chilly at night. And it was quite difficult to locate this hostel at first. Took me a while to find it.
