Good location and friendly staff (overworked at the bar so long delays possible). Rooms 3 star plus. Internet free and works mostly. Small sun terrace. Breakfast quite good with a large selection but main meals – Oh, dear… best eat out. Lots of holiday package tours here – not a high end hotel but OK.

Aside from one incident I had with the food, this Hotel was excellent. Room was awesome, location is perfect, and the place is just high quality. However, we decided on the dinner one night (30EUR) and it was awful. Service was absolutely terrible - one of the waiters was actually on his CELLPHONE - ignoring customers. The desk staff, the bell staff, and the wait staff were all excellent: professional, friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and accomodating. Some of the best service I've ever received in any hotel. The room was small (this is Europe) but clean and modern, with extra electrical outlets. The wireless signal was good. The food was well above average for a conference buffet.... More

We really enjoyed staying here, the location is a bit of a walk from the historic sites (about 15 mins) but we found it no problem. We stayed in Fenix during a short holiday in May. We chose for Fenix because of a pleasant stay in Fenix Prague. The location is perfect. The metro is on the other site of the street. The room was spacious for a city hotel and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Ideal location. We went there on a city break in November 2012. Rooms were lovely, view was amazing. Breakfast was very good, nice selection. An ok hotel close to transport and city centre. 10 euro's taxi fare ride to and from the airport. Clean room (on the small side) The staff here are helpful and friendly. We ate at the buffet, not bad value for 15 euros each. Will use this hotel again when next in Lisbon
