Excellent location!!! Cleanliness at the satisfactory level, but breakfast ... very, very poor. Needed complete renovation and modernization, sound insulation and varied and fresher food.Might at least have a decent coffee!

Really good location, only 100 yards from Parque Metro station. Hotel room was clean, good tv channels comfy bed and simply stocked minibar. Good value for the price but needs modernisation. The rooms are furnished with very old furniture. The shower was not working and it was not repaired during my one week stay there. It was very noise during the night: neighbours and also from the traffic on the street. The location is quite good, easy to reach everything by metro.

The hotel was near the center of the city, clean and staff was very helpful. Good breakfast, although the same few days in a row. Would come back anytime!

I can't understand why there have been some negative reviews. I found the reception staff and porter to be welcoming and the 2 issues I had in the room (remote control not working and a dud bulb in my bedside lamp) were resolved in minutes.
